Utah and Xavier now what do yall think would happen? We win, we lose but closer?

Xavier kinda had their way with us, but they are struggling now. We'd prob beat them.

we played xavier close but we went on a drought and they capitalized. I wouldn't say they had their way with us

Xavier had a 10 point lead most of the game, we closed in, then in like a 5 minute span had the lead back at 10. It was only really close for a few minutes

i hate to use the altitude excuse but i think early in the season that really did have an impact on our sluggish play. plus they had that huge white australian dude, similar to what xavier had in Frease. I think both of these games would be very close if we played again and i think we would probably only win one of them, not sure which.

One of the first times I have to disagree with you Lester. I think we shot our way out of a win against Xavier, by going on that extensive 8 min. drought in the second half.

Neither team had more than a 3 point lead from about 10 minutes left in the first half to about 12 minutes left in the second half. The game was virtually tied for about 18 minutes of the game. It was an extremely close game.
If we play Utah and Xavier again, at the same locations as before... Utah still beats us, not as bad, but they're still a solid team. We would beat Xavier, though. LSU's playing much better than that point in January and Xavier is playing much worse.

im gonna have to look at that again. That is just what my memory was telling me.
it felt to me that Xavier was in control most of the game. Who knows.
ETA: yeah, you are pretty much right. But Xavier was up 10 after about 10 mins
then they cruised the last 11 minutes or so
they turned it on when they needed to it seemed
