CPM is in the same situation les miles is in. Alleva will not fire CPM. It doesn't matter if he ever wins another CWS game again. The 09 championship is good enough for them. Paul will have to retire.

IF only Latz pans out to be what we expect him to be, we would still have one of the best if not the best rotation in the country next season. We have at-least 1 guy who could be as good as Lange coming in next season. We are stacked on the hill next year, find just a-little bit of success at the plate and we could compete for a title.

I don't know how he's supposed to motivate people who are more worried about their contacts than the people who came out and supported them all season.

This team is 2 and BBQ. Fans don't realize how many garbage wins we had this year. Eventually it catches up with you. Especially against outstanding teams. The talent's there, just not the chemistry.

And people don't understand why Mike the Tiger doesn't want to go into Tiger Stadium anymore but it is such coaching decisions to not go with your best that explains Mike's wise attitude.

Well, most of the conference schedule is starting to look that way, as the SEC is about to be 1-3, and we ducked two of the other three SEC Omaha teams.
