Based on what? Kelly only talked about Walker when asked directly about him.
It wasn’t like Perkins or Campbell where Kelly brought him up unprompted during spring or summer.
I’m not saying I think Walker won’t be good, I’m just stating that the “Walker will be ahead of Nuss” crowd has no factual basis to hold that opinion.
