Just heard Aggie students get 12,500 tickets. I would assume LSU gets the same for students.
15,000 sold through the athletic department.
That leaves about 25,000 tickets sold on the AT&T site and given to sponsors (excluding boxes)

if that's true, then even if LSU doesn't have a single seat in the "nonLSU sections" then LSU fans would make up a minimum of 35% of the stadium (same is true on the Aggie side, although I think it's a given A&M will get the bulk of the tickets that aren't distributed through the schools.
It'll probably be 60-40 A&M/LSU crowd IMO, although I thought that about the Texas/LSU Cotton Bowl in 2002 and it was right at 50-50.
I think A&M is a lot more excited though about "being back" than LSU fans are. Not that LSU fans aren't excited, we certainly are, it's just not the same as that feeling when you finally break back into being good like A&M did this year.

For bowl games at a "neutral" site, don't they divide up the tickets equally? because it seems unfair to a team like us, that doesn't know where we're heading yet.

Can't announce anything until after the SECCG. That rule is in place after we got screwed after the 2005 SECCG
