99 and it's not even close. He's intimidating, and he's never killed a defensive series with sequential offside penalties.

Both are amazing and Mingo may have a bigger up side. But Sonic Sam's leadership gives him the edge.

I'd choose Mingo because I think Sam has nothing left to prove on this level. Mingo could still improve and turn himself into a top 5 pick. I do want what's best for the players as well.

Both are great.
