Top 8 maybe even top 5.

I still have them losing to bama and having a tough game against TAMU & Arky

This. I actually think @UGA is the hardest game of the year. It'll be when we find out just how our offense is. Not due to their defense, but due to their offense, and the fact that we'll have to score points to win that game.

undefeated due to the wins over TCU, UF, and UGA.

A win over UGA in Athens will have LSU playing leapfrog over a number of teams.

Seriously, I'm one LSU fan who's looking forward to meaningful LSU/Ole Miss games in the future.

I'm sure we'd be somewhere in the Top5.

Rankings aside, I'd be ECSTATIC if we are 7-0 at that point...IMO, that puts us worst case 10-2 and best case 12-0 (no way we lose all three to OM/A&M/Bama). Anywhere in that range, 10-2 to 12-0, and I'll be thrilled with the 2013 season. You put yourself in the 10-12 win range enough, and at some point the breaks will fall your way and you get into the national title game.

MrCoachKlein where do you think Ole Miss will be at that point in the season ranking and record?

i just looked at yalls schedule and it looks pretty tough coming into the LSU game.

we would have a couple first place votes if we 7-0 and i know were we starting the season ranked at.

We will have to be one of the better teams in the country too get to 7-0 with that schedule. For some reason I don't think auburn will be a push over this year even though we didn't push them over last year.

There's honestly no telling, any sane Ole Miss fan knows there are tons of question marks surrounding the team. Honestly, I'd say we'll be 4-2/3-3 headed into it

i feel like there would be way too much football left to play as well. but was thinking where would we be in the rankings with wins over TCU, Florida, and UGA.

beaten 3 ranked teams, 2 in the top 10, we would definitely be in top 5 possibly #2 or #3. Nobody worth mentioning, should have a schedule/win record that impressive yet.

A & M will NOT be in the top 15 by the time we play them. one of the most overhyped teams in history. they lose at least 4 games. Now Bama on the other hand we WILL struggle with........

Couldn't agree more. I do not get the love for A and M, and Bama's Bama.

I heard Brando once say that one of the unique things about college football is the relationship between the results of one game dictating the outcome of a subsequent game, and I really do agree with that.

IF - and that's a HUGE "if" - we are unscathed after playing Georgia and Florida, I wouldn't want to be Ole Miss or A and M. We win both of those strictly off of kinetic energy. Bama becomes a toss up.

If we lose one previous to Ole Miss, I feel ALMOST as good.

If Florida and Georgia both beat us, the rest of the conference games are less than toss ups, imo.
