you are aware that the much hyped, and coaching guru that is Butch Davis lost to a team this yr., that lost to Bill & Mary?
If Butch was LSU'S coach with this much talent LSU would be UNBEATEN and #1 in the country!!!!

I, for one, will like him a lot more when he is gone.

People will still be comparing Saban to the new coach. Miles will not be talked about.

quote:Typical bullshite from the Sabanites. Saban had an 8 win season and a 9 win season during 2 of his last three. The man had ONE elite season in 5 years and you talk like we were in the top 5 every year.
(because we were in the hunt for NCs when Saban left

you do realize he had 1 fewer game per year due to no 12-game schedule, right? that's a 9 and 10-win year today

quote:You bash the 2 loss National Championship that Les won but pound your chest about the SEC Champ Nick won with a 5-3 SEC record. Guess what, we went 5-3 this year and you don't think it is good enough. The double standard is a joke and so are you.
2 SEC titles

But if he drags this team through what look to me like losses against North Carolina, Auburn, Alabama, Florida, Ole Miss and either MSU or Arkansas next year. No way.
I assume that was "no way he's loved if THIS happens" and not "I expect that this happens."

Miles had a better record and is undefeated in bowls, Saban lost twice in bowls and had numerous bad losses. U dudes are on crack.
