If JJ Doesn't return to QB

I would rather Mett to start. Jarrett Lee is not the answer. Mett came in this past weekend with a much greater comfort zone and definiton. He has what it takes to win it all. JL would be more efficient at like a Tulane. SEC is not his caliber.
Any how, may the best man play. JL is a 5th year senior and he doesn't play like it. Game time or not. He been around too long. I much rather JJ to lead this offense but if not, Mett definitely is the best shot we got.

I always question the QB, but I am 1000% behind J. Lee.
We win the championship with him. He's our guy. Mett is a fantastic backup and future star.

Soooo, Mettenberger's 8 for 11, 92 yards and a TD is better than Lee's 9 for 10, 133 yards and a TD?

You're right, cause 9-10 is horrible. And I know it was against NWST but so was Mett's "comfort zone". The kid is talented as any QB in the last 20 years at LSU but he is young and doesn't need to be thrown into the fire like JL and JJ have been. JJ is not a better QB than JL. He has no touch so that argument is ridiculous. JL has done nothing over the past two games to get benched. Have confidence in the team and let Mett be the man the next two years with more experience and control of the offense (they ran the same pass play about 6 times with him. That being said, he does need some reps this year.

a really good defense can take either JL or ZM and stop them cold. I need to see both with a real pass rush, which we will get thursday. At least JL anyway.
