If it isn't the playoff, bowl games are for fun (it's not that serious)

If you have played, coached, or had a kid playing college football you would know. The season is 12 games long...A bowl game is a trip for a week where you get per-diem money and you get to have fun in a nice town and a nice hotel. You get a month off. Now a few may take it serious but most don't...They may have back in the day but I think we all know the youth of our country has changed..Those kids have busted their asses all year long and now they are gonna have fun..If you bet on college football you would be crazy to bet on a bowl game...Many players are sent home for curfew violations while they are at the bowl...They put them on buses...Prime Time Neon Dion has changed the culture of the star athlete...They now play for the name on the back not the front..

They need to also quit counting bowl game stats. So this means Brosette cannot get to the 1000 yard mark. Even if he does it doesn't matter or even count.

Don’t tell that to the coaches. They get 2-4 weeks extra practice and it’s not all for the bowl game.
