Do you see other young QB's around college football throwing pick 6's as often as Lee?

His high number of interceptions period was a problem. The pick 6s were just an anomaly.

Lee's pick sixes were a direct result of a defense who couldn't stop anyone and constantly playing behind, it had nothing to do with a lack of effort or lack of "being in there mentally

Hmm.... refresh my memory. In the Georgia game last year, didn't Lee throw a pick 6 in the first offensive series when the game was 0-0??

And I'm sure on the first offensive series of the game, Lee wasn't "all the way there."

And then led us on an 80 yard scoring drive to make the score 7-7 or tied just like it would have been had we punted the ball on the original possession. Please tell me how many times Lee got in the game that day when the Tigers were not trailing. Thanks for playing.

seems like a plausible explanation to me. I just think he couldn't handle the game pressure.

Why does he need to throw the ball? The ball should just be put into his hands to make something happen. He should be on the field since he is a mismatch for anybody like harvin and bush

I would not be surprised if Shep get's the red shirt this year. With JJ being so young, it would be wise to hold Shep back this year.

Are you kidding me? A kid with this much talent is going pro after 3 years in college redshirted or not. So why not put him on the field?

If you really beleive this, you should have your football IQ re-examined. Both Les Miles and the other players on the team have stated that RS is the most elusive and dynamic player on the team right now.

which is why it makes so much sense to keep him on the bench.... Great job Miles, all the other games recruits are watching good freshmen get to play, yet LSU keeps ours benched for the most part.
