2 excellent hires in O and B and Joe now it's time for your pay day. Your doing a lot better job than most AD 's. Look at Nebraska, UCLA,Florida, Tenn. Damn Joe you look better than that asshat Goodell with NFL. This Buds for you.

Nobody knows if Alleva recently made two excellent hires.
Things are looking up, we haven't won any titles in either sport yet.

The chances are extremely high that Florida, A&M, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Arkansas will all make a much better hire on paper than we did. If you like taking extreme financial risks then I guess Joe is great.
