He’s probably against weed being legalized as well. Also did you know you aren’t aloud to drive unless you can see out of your windshield?

If I want to spray paint my windshield black I’m going to do it, I’m not letting the government make rules to keep other people safe

It really is amazing how many stupidly prideful people won't wear a mask because of... reasons?

What a thoughtful, persuasive and intelligent post. People who think the way you do being on the side you’re on should push anybody who’s on the fence to the opposite side.

So what's the harm in wearing a mask?

Did I say there was harm?

Ok, do you have a problem with wearing a mask?

I have a problem with allowing the choice in some instances then demanding it in others when there’s either no data or conflicting data surrounding the issue.

It's extremely uncomfortable and I don't like it. So, I'm not wearing one. A lot of people I see wearing them aren't wearing them properly to begin with. Plus, if your mask is effective then you should be just fine and me not wearing one shouldn’t impact you at all.

Wouldn't not wearing one at all also not be proper?

So why is this your complaint?

Huh...?

That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works.

If this statement were actually true we’d need to be wearing hazmat suits not just masks.

If you aren't wearing one then you can't wear it improperly.

It's an observation. A lot of people either don't cover their nose with the mask or pull it down when they talk. So, saying "wearing a mask prevents the spread of the virus" isn't exactly accurate.

A little bit different than a mask.

No one is expecting the virus to be eradicated by as mask, it does help slow the spread compared to no mask though.

But if you don't wear one at all, why does it bother you if someone wears it improperly?

Just seems like a dumb thing to point out if your stance is that the mask doesn't make a difference.

I know I was using hyperbole. The point is if I’m not wearing a mask and you are you’re ok if you think masks work.

But the mask itself does?

Do you have a history of breathing issues?

Do you not think the mask works in the sense that it is more effective than no mask at all?
