Obviously you know shite about how trials work, so let me sum it up for you.

It doesn't matter how innocent or guilty you are. If you've been subpoenaed to testify in a trial, YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THAT TRIAL. PERIOD.

Guilt has shite to do with it. You keep quiet about everything until the trial is over. Good God people..

frick that, he should've just gone to the AD when asked and said he's abiding by all NCAA regulations but he can't discuss the details until after the case is closed. Just tell your boss everything is on the up and up and it will all come out eventually.

THAT'S what I don't understand. That's all he had to do to keep coaching.

There are a lot of young coaches out there that could do a great job for LSU.

Perhaps. However, if they fire WW, then the administration is basically saying that he cheated. This would bring the full force of the NCAA down on the program, taking away scholies, postseason play and/or other sanctions.
Who would want to coach under those conditions for this administration? A high school coach?
Get real! And while you’re at it, get your head out of your arse!

If I were innocent, I would be on every radio and tv station professing my innocence to clear my name. The reason he's silent is he knows there's a crap load of stuff out there and I'm sure his team of lawyers are trying to find out exactly what they have.
Stop being a moron and get some awareness.

Wade has been recorded on FBI wiretaps from what, 2017, and he had no idea at the time. He may have to testify in federal court about what exactly he said.

Do you remember, word for word, every phone conversation you had with, say, your mother, in 2017?
If you answer "I think I said", then stop right there and shut up. You don't know.

His lawyers told him not to talk about it, because of that very reason. You have a press conference and you miss one detail, you misphrase one seemingly trivial part, and you open yourself up to potential legal issues. You don't get to say "yeah, well I meant _____" if you say A in a press conference (or meeting with the BOS), and B is what the tape says.

The trial is coming up shortly. There will be press conferences afterwards.

Smell the crawfish, you are a dumb a$$. You believe that only innocent people hold press conferences. Just look at Jussie. He claimed his innocence on national television so that means he is innocent. You are a dumb a$$, troll or Aliva's wife.

LOL. Being on a witness list in NO WAY puts you under any type of gag order to your boss.

No it would not be illegal for him to talk about it however to prevent further legal jeopardy it would not be smart for him to talk about it. As evidence of this note the Lsu press release saying they will not discuss the allegations of the foundation further because there is an ongoing legal matter at hand

He is not on trial, he is a witness.

I do not doubt that there is more, but what was released is not enough to prove anything or enough for the NCAA to prove violations... You better bet they are going to start digging though, and this is Men’s NCAA BB, if you look at any D1 program with the intent of finding something, you will find it.
