I thought Miles was A GREAT coach at LSU... The numbers speak for themselves.. However after 1-9-12 something changed....
All the Miles pumpers can bring ALL the stats they want for the 2012-2016 seasons.. That does not change the FACT that this guy was deadest on doing it HIS WAY.. And it cost him...............

Miles was a good coach who did some great things here. He won a NC which is great (I won't even mention how that happened
) But IMO, he squandered a few other opportunities to put hardware on the mantle. He had a couple of other teams that clearly had the talent to win the NC and he blew it in some way/shape/form. Call it kismet...I dont know.
He clearly lied the last few years he was here. He used his position to leverage for extensions. His coach-speak and aloof way of answering direct questions was maddening. He was stubborn beyond belief and refused to change in the face of mounting pressure from the fans/admin. For these reasons, I don't/didn't like him as our coach.
Am I glad he's gone? You betcha
I am glad somebody/anybody replaced him? Ditto
That brings us to the present. I have obviously changed my position now and am willing to support a new coach because a new coach (whoever that might be) deserves such support. I'm not blind to O's faults...and he has several. But until its clear he should no longer be here, then I guess I will defend him.
You and everyone else are certainly entitled to disagree. That's what makes America great!!!!

How is it not right? The complete season determines who goes where. If it comes down to the last week, that's what happens. LSU deserved to be there in '07. But a clown like you is of course going to use that against Miles. You are such a joke.

I believe, if you don't win your conference, you dont play for the NC.
