I'm looking for Foster to have a big game. if he does, that means that Canada has the perfect game plan.

agree that the TEs and receivers must make catches in the holes in the zones vacated by Bama's aggressive approach, but It will require Etling to be on time and accurate over the middle which we haven't seen much.

If Etling is throwing on time and accurately over the middle, LSU could legitimately beat Bama. It just hasn't really happened against anyone... And Bama's defense is pretty good.

Tackles?? You are confusing the hell out of me or just don't know what the hell you're talking about.

If Tight End Foster Moreau has a big game, 100% of the time that is a good thing for LSU and positively impacts the outcome for his team.

I believe he thinks OP was talking about Bama LB Reuben Foster? He is no longer on the team anymore.

I like Foster, but I think Pettigrew would be a match up nightmare in passing situations. At 6'7 245-250, he could do damage against safeties and linebackers.

I really like listening to Foster's post-game interviews. He seems to know his stuff and actually talks X's and O's and not just the typical generic statements.

Don't care how we do it - main thing is to get in or near the red zone and always come away with some points - preferably a couple of TDs with 2-3 minimum FGs sprinkled in - we cannot afford to miss any chip shot FGs. LSU has shown the ability to keep Bama games close as an underdog if they can keep Saban's conservative approach in line - he has a history as bad as Les at playing it too close to the best in tight games. Blowing a few games like the AU 100 yd return of a FG accentuated that mindset. We just haven't closed the deal lately when we have kept it close.

I agree. As great as Alabama's defense has been, they seem to have trouble stopping the TE

I agree, at the end of the day we all hope that the tigers could some how pull off this upset.

Not to say it's impossible. But Foster isn't the type of TE that gives Alabama headaches.

Agree. All eyes on D will be on guice and chark/Gage. Runs and jets will be what Bama focuses on stopping. So going to guys like Foster & Davis/Sullivan will be crucial early imo.
