If Devin White would stay, would Mack Wilson declare?

I'm wondering if one of the reasons Devin White is being coy about his draft status is to kind of bluff other teams Junior LB's into declaring for the draft.
If DW would declare, than Mack Wilson would fall further down the list for linebackers on draft day.
If DW stays, then Mack would benefit the most by going to the NFL.
I often wonder how much happens around draft declarations is because of teams trying to shake out another team's player.
I also wonder if any shady stuff goes on behind the scenes to influence Juniors to leave.. like an Ole Miss booster paying the mom of a Miss St. player to encourage her son to enter the draft early.
Poke holes in incoming 4-5* players condoms so they have a kid and need the money for draft...

Kids don't wrap up these days man. Most females are on some form of birth control and the ones that aren't just go running to walmart for plan b pills if they need to.

Hell he might even be a late second /early third round guy the way he's looked as of late. Kid hasn't lived up to his billing at Alabama.
