"Fans" can't push any player out of the program. And even if we could, we wouldn't do it "because he doesn't start game 1." He's just not good.

And none of this is personal.

When he gets death threats after games it's probably personal to him.

Are we bringing in only Franks this year? I thought Cam really wanted two qb's atleast in this recruiting class

Someone linked an article on the RB a few weeks ago that basically stated the staff was riding everything on Franks, they like him that much.

50/50, IMO.

I don't think he'd be able to transfer and get playing time at a major school. So, he'd be weighing going to a small school just to play vs. staying at LSU and being a program type guy.

if that happened, playing time would pretty much be limited to an injury situation only...and even then he'd have major competition. So, it would really boil down to whether or not he was hell bent on playing more football.

I propose an immediate cessation of all threads that speculate on the transferring of a current member of the team based on nothing more than depth chart guesses.

What is it with all the transfer threads? They pop up all the time about first one athlete and then another. What is the fascination some of you have with this? Is it because you are all so weak and lacking moral courage that you personally run and hide every time you face a little adversity?
College level athletes are made of sterner stuff than most of you alumni from"everybody gets a trophy" athletics.
Think Matt Flynn. He paid his dues and we are damn grateful that he did. He has made serious money by not cutting and running when things didn't work out the way he wanted.
How many of you would have/could have done the same?

Nothing against you Yaboy, but dear God please time warp us to Sept 3rd. Collectively, we have nothing new to talk about when we get to speculative transfers based on speculative playing time.

So he throws the ball three feet short of our receivers. Or he does so for another team. Does it matter?

He'd be crazy to not take advantage of Cameron's tutelage.

If he wants to play in the nfl he should try to switch positions.

First we are totally underestimating the value of a LSU education. 2% of the players advance to the next level. LSU is a tier one university and the value of a degree at LSU is valuable.

Curious why we are going there. First Jennings may play quite a bit you can never tell about injuries, and just maybe Jennings has improved.

Jennings stays

If that is true than it is a very wide tier. I am an alumus and I treasure my LSU degree but tier 1 is a stretch I think.

To where?

I mean, there's no nice way to say this. He would NOT be offered a D1 scholly anywhere.

Even the next level down would be a tough roe to hoe with as little time as he has left.

Would you rather Harris or Jennings transfer? There you go.

Yep, if McMillian is as bright and hard working as I've been told Jennings won't be the #2 by next season and possibly by the end of this season.
