If Mett plays like shite and Jerrad Randall looks like a world beater next year, I promise you, LSU fans will be calling for Jerrard over Mett.

The same people who hates Jefferson for getting in a bar fight, loves Mett, who also got into a bar incident at one point in his life. People are just idiots.

this isn't all about race. Yea, there are some racist LSU fans, but this is about LSUs fans perception of who the best QB is.
They want the best QB in the game and %90 of LSU fans realize it's Lee and they want him playing.

Some of u people are sick. I am so fricking tired of playing the race card, I could just puck! Jl is starting because his is the best QB at LSU right now. If JJ plays better later ok. U can sure tell black raters on this board

Then 90% of the fans aren't very observant. Truth is, this team would be in exactly the same spot no matter which of our QBs were starting. This team is THAT good everywhere else. JLee has done a great job not messing it up. Even when he has a bad game (like on Saturday), LSU beats an inferior team without even breaking a sweat. The result would be the same if JJ or Mett was back there.
If there's ever a season where there should be no fan arguments over the QB position, it's this year. I don't see how any of our QBs have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is head and shoulders better than the others.
Miles and the offensive coaches will continue to play the QB who gives us the best chance to win the game. And luckily for them, this year it doesn't even matter.
LSU fans need to embrace this and enjoy what's possibly the best Tiger team ever.
Adding JJ to the roster gives our offense more looks and more options (certainly no pun intended there). Miles knows what he's doing and playing JJ this past Saturday accomplished everything he wanted. It was a team morale boost, it got JJ's feet wet, and it gives Florida and Bama something else to think about. Without a doubt, playing JJ was 100% a positive thing for LSU. How any LSU fan can be against this is beyond me.

Against Ms State and Kentucky, LSU refused to pass the ball early and put ourselves at 2nd and long almost the entire first half. Against WVU, LSU passed early and racked up 27 points by halftime.

That is a completely seperate argument/opinion.
I'm telling why people are booing and calling for Lee, not telling you who the better QB is.
It is about perception.
Now for that arguemnet, Lee is better. Period.

I am not saying EVERYONE.. but can you say that there are people who disagree with Jefferson playing from a moral standpoint yet agrees with Mett playing?

had this stuff happened in reverse, they'd be crying JL is innocent until proven guilty and JJ didn't win the position...he was only a replacement until JL got his situation straigtened out.

Lee had 3 big completions where he literally threw the ball up for grabs into coverage. UF & Bama will make him pay for shite like that. Truth is, Lee still does the same shite he's done his whole career just like Jefferson. Difference now is the defense is much better than it was in '08 and he's been able to get away with a few throws here and there.

2 things.
#1 quit trolling around every post I make like you are a small fricking child.
#2 ZM was a freshman at another school... not a sr qb for the #4 team in the country 2 weeks before a top 5 matchup.
If you cant see the difference in those two situations you are either too stupid or you are just that biased.
