LSU wouldn’t get near the amount of money for individual media rights that Notre dame does. We also would not have their sweetheart playoff deal.

I realize that is probably true.
Just saying I’d rather that. I’ve despised the SEC since Patrick Peterson got hosed.

ND gets around $60M. We get $75M from the SEC.

Yeah and we’d get significantly less than ND. So we’d go from $75m to somewhere significantly south of $60m.

Only true University at one point that could make that stake is Texas.

Notre Dame also has it's own lucrative TV deal, which we likely would never get. We don't want to leave the SEC, as annoying as they are sometimes. Trust me.
