If Howlqnd gets the boot or decides to leave UCLA, I'd go hard after him. Seth Greenberg is another good coach that is stuck at a school that just won't ever be very good.

I originally thought that too, but did you read that SI article about Howland and UCLA that came out this week?

No, I have minimal information on the situation with Howland at UCLA. I was under the impression a couple kids were potheads and he flipped out on 1 kid. What's the real scoop?

Before you jump on the Bruce Pearl bandwagon check his NCAA tournament record against opponents from major conferences. You might be surrprised.

I'd personally live with him not being able to recruit off campus for two years. I don't think we'd get any additional penalties.

Pearl can't recruit at all until 2014, on or off campus. Which means he can't meet or even speak to any players.
