year 3 you have 3 recruiting classes in place. over 75% of that team is going to be your players.
You should improve from 3-9.

Additionally, you shouldn't be WORSE. He has yet to explain to me how the defense, specifically the run D, got worse. That defies logic if we're talking about a good coach.
