scoop, "my 12 year old son who is big LSU fan, and loves to rag on his sister who of course is a damn bama fan said, Dad why are you pulling for Alabama to win. My reply was simply I want them undefeated when we play them them for NC in November. A game for the ages......I hope."

And no way I am paying for her to go to Bama....Ok, well, She better get a scholarship at least.

I don't care if either Florida or Alabama wins. I just hope Bama beats up on the Gators real bad so that when we play Florida they will be all banged up.

After we beat Bama and LSU back to back it's going to be the battle of the 1 loss, former "crown their arse" teams...

Alabama does look like the football team with the most NFL type talent to defeat the equally strong LSU tigers. Bama's LB,DB, are very impressive.
And the tides Offense is moving the football for touchdowns. So all looks very promising for Alabama this year.
I think that LSU will beat this Nick Saban strong Alabama football team because LSU this year is as deep as a college football team can be. Equality as strong and faster on both sides of the football.
Sorry Alabama. this is the LSU tiger year.
LSU is # 1

Florida appears to be the only legitimate threat to each team's chances before we meet.

I agree... Fla. looks pretty tough.. I certainly think we can take em, and its always a tough game anyway.... Wow, what a testament to the SEC West, having the two best teams in the country in the same Conference, in the same Division... what every other Conference wants to be... Down south baby!!

While I can understand the sentiment and desire to have the biggest game of the year in your home stadium, I hope you lose to Florida this week. Any LSU fan (real fan, not just a post counting whore) who says they want you to be undefeated is lying.
