dude stop living in 1992. the 2012 LSU football program should compete for titles more often than not. This fanbase should demand excellence from all facets. Miles overall record speaks to this excellence, but more than a handful of moments leave you contemplating otherwise. He should be held to the highest of standards at all times.

I love Les and he's done an amazing job, but it's not hard for me to believe that with the money we can offer we can find a head coach who would have similar success.
If the LSU administration doesn't want to pay market value to retain that (which is what letting him walk away would mean), what makes you think they'd pay top dollar to bring in someone new, someone you don't already know can win here?
And don't forget- there's already 1 former Boise coach who flamed out at a bigger school (the guy who went to Colorado), and TCU is suddenly going 7-4 in the Big 12, instead of 11-1 in the MWC.

I personally enjoy the ones who think that it is a fans job to expect excellence and nothing less...and act as if that attitude is the main ingredient for a successful program.

I'll preface this with saying I like Les Miles and want him to stay around forever and disagree with anyone who wants him gone... I hate people like you who think you are better than other fans and want them to learn some kind of a "lesson." Just stop worrying about other people and live your own life. People can be a LSU fan anyway they damn well please. We don't need a lecture Pops...
