Or are there any worthwile threads to peruse? If not I'm taking my hungover arse back to bed. BTW JJ ripped it up with only 19 pass attempts....shows he can carry the off when the running game sputters

umm, i completely agree. i'm in italy right now with limited internet access, so i come to the rant to get an idea of what happened...this was probably a poor decision, lol. either way, GEAUX TIGERS! we won=o)

one last thing, I'd like to throw out the name "Ankle Grabbers" for this years defensive squad. I'm going back to bed now. everyone calm down. I think uw will make some noise this year...unless this is how they played last year in there 0-12 campain, stayed with everyone but just didnt get done. kinda like ole miss a la 2006

If we are being honest the Run-Offense was just ok. Cant tell about our Pass-offense. We looked scared to throw the ball down the field or across the middle. Didnt get key offensive weapons into the game because of what looked like a very conservative game plan. The defense played subpar run Defense, They will have to play better or will give up similar yards on the ground to a few sec teams and our pass defense has holes that a few sec QB will pass literally at will. This Chavis lead defense does not yet appear to have made any significant difference from last year. Talent on both our O and D is amazing. Our Special teams looked good less the ability to kick the ball into the end zone which will cost us a touchdown at some point.
