I dont wanna open a can of worms cause the trolls will eat me alive but if any here looked closely they would see that what you said was very true. We took cuts at really bad off the plate pitches tonight. The meatballs we let go. It was one of those nights. Yes Arkie got good pitching but we helped them at the plate plenty. Yes we did.

I understand getting a feel for the pitcher. The third time around you should know the pitcher tendency. Even in the full count, he was throwing a fastball down the middle of the plate. They were behind it. What were they expecting?
I was very disappointed in their approach with Gaeckle. He threw well but like you said, LSU helped him out. Even Jones last strikeout was horrible. Against non SEC they are aggressive and hit the ball. Against SEC, they are tentative. Makes no sense.

And they beat them 3 times this year and 10 run ruled them in game 2 in the regular season ! That is a really good team in Arky what are you complaining about bats for? They can pitch it!
