Gaeckle pitched the game of his career. It seemed like we were behind in the count all night long. Lots of good takes though. I think they may come out ticked off and hit well Monday.

Don’t be a casual. No one else in this has pitchers as good as Arkansas and us. Coastal’s are good and they go 3 deep, but all of LSU and Arkansas’ top 3 are first round guys.

If you check the previous 4 games and 6 of the last 7, hitting human pitchers hasn’t been an issue. And we had hits in the Sunday game vs LR. Just not enough timely ones.

Im not doubting that at all. Didn't even realize we had 16ks until I looked over the box score. Was shocked. Yes there are good but this is 4th time we faced them.

Jones had 5Ks tonight. If I was pitching coach, every pitch to him is a breaking ball, specifically the curve. He left pitches go down the middle and then swing at something down and away.

Gaeckle had the majority of the batters doing the same thing. First pitch right down the middle and they just look at it. Swing at some pitch that is breaking away.
