Hate to say it, but JL's career at LSU is all but over. Why? He's slow and scared. I won't even pretend to be tough enough to say I'd be willing to take a hit from an SEC defender, but had I played quarterback, I think I would have been somewhat prepared for it. All you have to do is watch film of JL (the 'Bama game is most prevalent in my mind) and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Flame away all you want, but JJ is just better, and with the talent coming in, I see JL taking a back seat in a hurry.

Don't mean to be so blunt, but that's just the way I read it.

I've been hoping JL would play well all season. 'cept for the Auburn game and the last 20 minutes of Troy State, I have yet to see it.

FAIL

Had JJ started against the likes of North Texas, Tulane, Moo State, App State, and I daresay Troy, the results would have been different.

Terrible argument...

See, thats where we differ.

As a grad, I support the team, not the player

JR was the "greatest QB ever," but it was Flynn & Mauck that allowed me to wear championship gear.

I dont give a S*** what JJ stats are, or how much he's improved. He could transfer tomorrow, and I would still want a QB that puts wins on the board.

And you are right about Hatch. He is 2-0, and if I remember correctly was this year's starter until he got hurt. Crowton must know what he's doing. I'd settle for him over JJ or JLee, as long as LSU was winning!

this is one of the stupidest arguments in all of sports. the team "puts wins on the board" not the quarterback. people that can't see that and only go by team wins instead of how well the QB actually performs are idiots

JJ GIVES LSU A BETTER CHANCE TO WIN WITH LESS MISTAKES. HE DOESNT' SPOT THE OTHER TEAM SIX POINTS A GAME. HOW EFFING HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND? PLAYERS WITH BETTER STATS SHOULD BE PLAYING BECAUSE THEY'RE BETTER.

they JL supporters on this thread remind me a lot of JL. they haven't improved their argument at all since the beginning of this thread...

Your two statements make no sense

Tebow won the Heisman, but Fl sucked

Tebow is having a down year, but Fl may win the BCS. Which year would you rather have?

Or how bout this? JR was drafted #1, but LSU won the BCS under lesser QBs. Which yr do you prefer?

You should go root for ULL. How after watching Jarrett Lee then watching Jordan Jefferson do you really think Lee is better. Quit typing those records our defense lost last game you idiot
