I remember when our fans were legendary for traveling everywhere in droves.
I don't understand all the tickets for sale. This is the game everybody has been waiting for.

dude, we also send 30K to Vandy....We sent 27K to UCLA in 2000. It's not LSU, we just travel like a sumbitch. Plus, it's a chance for folks to get to new Orleans. We probably travel more than anybody in the country. Similar to UK basketball fans.
By the way, great game last night. helluva effort. We needed to be punched back honestly. We hadn't had a decent test in a while. We actually had to play the 4th qtr. You're team was well prepared.

This was the least amount of gumps I've seen throughout the stadium since Saban got there.

About 10 AM Saturday, I saw a black man about 60ish going around taunting LSU fans with his Gameday sign that read "My money and my daughter go to 'Bama". I'd bet he was a local trying to stir up trouble. All the other 'Bama fans I encountered were cool.

I agree that this was the fewest number of Gumps I've seen, at least inside the stadium. I barely heard them during the game until our fans started leaving.
