I hope I don’t get banned for this. But I really don’t care anymore. So the question is. “If the roles were reversed and Nuss transferred and daniels was the backup how long would it have taken to put daniels in as the starter?”

QB play was underwhelming but I don't know if it was horrid enough to make a switch mid game. You have to remember we were leading at halftime.

6 trips in the red zone and only 17 points. Nuss would’ve gotten at least 28 with those same chances.

I understand that. But it was very frustrating watching the game and we couldn’t complete a pass over ten damn yards.

How would anyone know this for sure. Who knows if we would have gotten there 6 times

IMO, CBK is most comfortable with a QB with a skill-set like Daniels. I would be very surprised if Nuss ever starts over a healthy Daniels at LSU.

Moreover, if there's a QB in the portal after '23 akin to Daniels, I think CBK will solicit his services and Nuss will be shown the door.

If this happens, LSU will never get an elite QB recruit again. And you can forget about getting Bryce Underwood.

It’ll be back to the Les Miles era of never getting any QB who can compete in the SEC.

5 trips into the red zone on 6 possessions in the first half.

6 possessions in the first half = 3 scoring drives, 2 turn over on downs and a punt.

Hypothetical: if there's "dual-threat" QB who's already started for two years and proven himself and who's 'available' in the portal or I can roll with Nuss who's never started a game, who does Kelly roll with in '24?

Do these include YAC?

Here is a perception vs. reality question:

How many total passes (both LSU and FSU) were thrown for over 20 yards from the line of scrimmage in the game last night (no YAC)?

The answer is 5, 3 by Travis and 2 by Daniels.

Travis was 2 for 2 with a pass interference by Burns on the third (64 yards on the completions and 1 TD).

Daniels was 1 for 2 (75 yards on the completion and 1 TD).

Dude we got beat on the line. We couldn't get two yards with 6 tries. Our line absolutely sucks. It isn't the QBs fault. We should have had a 17 point lead at half which could have lead to a different outcome.
