Losing happens, losing to worse teams happens.

But when its the result of your own arrogance, its inexcusable. The idea that you start Jayden Noot instead of Evans/Cowan is indefensible.

He is obsessed with being the smartest guy in the room and often he is, but tonight this game is entirely on him.

He had better figure out a way to generate some offensne tomorrow and get out of his own way. This is a terrible loss.

Nothing you can do with his big arse except send him to Brian Kelly and teach him how to block

Or he had a plan to use 2 guys who have been good their last 3 outings with the plan to use Cowan/Evans with the lead, and the plan just didn't work because those pitchers didn't execute?

It's very simple.

Evans and Cowan can cover 9 innings easily.

Thats not a good plan at all, and can only be justified if youre getting guys work who you think you need later on.

Now youre playing for your season tomorrow...

Jay alternates between being overconfident and coaching scared. Very bizarre

Not really though, he literally had this plan against USC and if we catch 3 fly balls, that plan works.

Recruited a handful of pitchers that can’t throw strikes

So your defense is that you remember another time it didn't work?

You sound like a smart guy man, idk why Arby's wont promote you to manager

Noot+Shores combo did enough against USC and Ole Miss for LSU to win those games. Those were the last 2 times both threw.

There is no reason to think they couldn't get it done against Little Rock.

I've said this was the pitching strategy I wanted before we made any pitching announcements. I'm not just saying shite cause it's what Jay did. It didn't work. Oh well. We'll push their shite in tomorrow, go 2-0 next weekend, and we'll see what happens in Omaha.

Ack couldn't throw his fast ball for a strike. He was getting into full counts every at bat.
