O's main mistake with Canada was hiring a difficult personality in the first place.

Thats definitely not the way i remember it. Seems to me like 80% of this board was pretty damn excited to have Canada.

O frickingnip the offense even more, which is very true

Originally the guy responded to me saying that the offense was fricked up because O interfered. The offense was fricked up because the players didn't know it. I don't understand why people can't get that.

Well it’s kinda hard to the players to buy into it if the Head Coach didn’t. Just food for thought.

1. He fired his first OC after 1 year. Acknowledges meddling in his offense

2. Hires a guy he knew from Miami. Offense continues to be shitty and O admitted he continued to frick with it.

3. O gets fired after 3rd year.

This feels really familiar.

Like O is a prick doesn’t like anyone who isn’t his guy, and likes to meddle with the offense.

They don't want to. It's damages their perpetual outrage

But it was even worse in the first half vs Troy. Literally the worst it was all season.
0 points vs a Sunbelt team.

Yeah let's not blame the hardheaded motherfricker who couldn't be bothered to get everyone on the same page in learning his offense.

I get blaming O. O absolutely did something about it. He identified the problem and got rid of it. Now Canada can be somebody else's problem.

That’s not anyone’s point.

1. People are arguing that it is in fact a good system. If the players didn’t know it is a separate issue. Is there an system that looks good when the players don’t know it?

2. People are also arguing about how O exacerbated that problem before the Troy game.

3. People are arguing over who is to blame over the players not knowing the offense.

How many times have you typed that out in the last year? I'm sure that everyone saw it the first 7 thousand times you posted it.

Yet you’re ignoring it, and making dumb posts like it’s not true.

That sounds like a really secure guy there.

It's bad for the whole program.

This is an example of how bad it is for the assistant coaches and players:

quote:

Dave Aranda:

On Eaux: The whole team is energized. He does a great job of keeping everybody fresh and keeping everybody excited about what they are doing. Everyone is excited to come to work, everyone is smiling and laughing. It's a real positive place right now.

The kids pick up on it too. We are in Tiger stadium now and when they make their way over here they are hanging out with everybody and having fun. They feel like there is a tightness, they feel like a team including the freshmen and transfers. You give all that credit to Coach Eaux he has done a great job of cultivating that. He is getting the guys to where there is an edge to them and a togetherness to them and that is what you want.

Jordy and T-Bob talk to LSU Defensive Coordinator Dave Aranda.

It is a HORRIBLE and DIRE situation going on there. If Eaux could only get along with people and let them be happy. But NO he has to rule his world and make EVERYBODY miserable. Some of the idiots here must visit the coaches offices.

Exactly. Just read a few of Sammy's post. He repeats the same thing every single day, without any objectivity, ever.

O has been his own biggest problem with any offense he's ever presided over. It didn't just start with Canada.

Canada had this same exact issue with Bielema.

The hire was shitty, Canada is and will continue to be a problem. He hasn't changed a bit
