It is a big deal when you cannot offer a simple show of respect by spelling his name correctly.

Godwin has been successful. I've heard stories about his personality that concern me. Coaching responsibilities include dealing with the alumni and media. I don't want this to be another Smoke Laval hire who was a train wreck off the field. Yes, I know Smoke was fired because he was 0-4 in Omaha, but skipping post-game media gatherings after losses didn't help.
