No, but we had flops in 2017 and during his 2016 stint too.

Every coach in the history of our school has had flops. We've had one season in our history without a "flop" and most of us weren't alive then.

maybe he won't, but I'm willing to see if he can, and, as someone who will always root for LSU to win every game, I hope he does.

Oh look, another “put words on your mouth” reply.

I said “for me”. You do whatever you want, I don’t care enough about you or your fanhood to pass judgements.

Just reminding myself that it’s a game meant to be enjoyed, not white-knucked or obsessed over to the point of raising stress levels.

You calling people fake fans, attacking people, not understanding the difference between being skeptical and negative. Yes I’m saying you’re making up things regarding people ripping the team and them being a fan. You judge people instantly without reading the point of their argument

I promise I know the difference between objective criticism and pure hatred. Hell I'm just as critical as anyone. I can acknowledge the positives and if I feel a mistake has been made I acknowledge that as well.

I've stopped calling people names it wasn't fair and it was somewhat juvenile. If you're objective about your arguments we may go back and forth a little bit but the posters that can't act like they've got some common sense will get nothing but contempt from me.

As far as how I'm doing, sometimes I can post sometimes I can't. It comes in waves. Thank you for helping us. I can't tell you how much it's meant. I've got plans to beat this thing although the odds are long I've got some things in my favor.

Also sorry about the downvote. I hit the downvote button before I read the post. There are a handful of posters that get it automatically.

Surely he didn't do well enough to justify hiring him as Head Coach.

Oh, well, I guess it's great that we hired him then.

Yeah, that's not the way conversations work, champ.

Don't let my condition stop you it says a lot more about you than it does me. You don't amount to much so I'm sure everyone expects it.

Really? You must have very odd conversations then, because that is most certainly not how they work in real life.

Jesus, man. You don't know anything about me. Do you really take LSU football that seriously?

In real life, when you're having a debate with someone, you interject with other people's opinions on the matter to strengthen your argument? If that's how you argue in real life, then I feel sorry for you.

Are you high or something? The "debate" was not even a debate per se. It was a conversation. You mentioned something about "having a discussion about O's future" if he doesn't perform well this season. I stated that this is fine and good, but let's not pretend that there aren't people who will make excuses for him no matter what (since they're already doing so). I think you're confused, and I wouldn't worry about my capacity to argue in real life, since I generally make a living doing so.

If we don't improve upon last year, then sure, let's start having that discussion.

This was your response to my post

Oh sure. We already have people making excuses for him because of schedule difficulty.

The only way your post makes any sense is if you are attributing me with making excuses for Orgeron, which I didn't. (This also followed an eye roll emoticon, so I'm going to assume your "oh sure" comment wasn't sarcasm)

doubtful unless your profession has no problem with logical fallacies

Like I said previously, maybe try responding to what i actually said instead of using what other people may or may not have said because what other people have said is irrelevant, HTH

No, it doesn't. My very response mentioned "other people", so I obviously was not attributing it to you. It was an aside, you know, part of the cadence of conversations.

I don't think you understand what logical fallacies are, and I'll trust my paycheck more so than lsufball19, thank you very much.

This is pretty stupid on your part. You hate someone for something you don't have a clue about? A person getting a restraining order when no charges are ever filed doesn't mean anything actually occurred. The restraining order was cancelled by the way.

Who's to say it is not a case like these:

quote:

Vocino, 21, who willingly engaged in sexual activities with two football players in 2016 and then later accused them of rape, was sentenced Thursday in Bridgeport Superior Court, The Associated Press reported.

She pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of falsely reporting an incident and interfering with police, according to the AP.

The football players, who were never arrested, both withdrew from school during the investigation, and one said in court Thursday that his life was ruined forever by the false accusation.

College student who made false rape claims sentenced to a year in prison

All of these are at the same link:

quote:

The Accuser’s Mom Called Her a ‘Pathological Liar.’ Nobody Told the Defense.

quote:

Jefferson Parish man freed after 37 years in prison on rape charge

quote:

Clark County and the Washington Counties Risk Pool will pay out $6 million to former Vancouver police Officer Clyde Ray Spencer, who was wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for nearly 20 years for sexual abuse.

quote:

Craig Rowland wants the power to toss rape kits because the majority of rape complaints are “consensual sex.”

And there are many more.

I did, bro. What kind of socially retarded dweeb are you? Are you really not capable of having conversations with people? I bet you respond literally to people that ask you "how's it going"?
