If that is truly wants to be the Michigan coach before he retires then it would be close to 100% if Michigan made the right contract offer.

Who's to say that Michigan would go after Miles? There is a guy at Stanford who is probably a hotter commodity than Miles right now. If Miles can turn things around, he may gain momentum.

To answer your question: B, but closer to 30%
Can't discuss a scheduled game but you can discuss coaching hypatheticals eh bird brain.

With RR on the outs, I totally understand the hypothetical speculation of Miles being a candidate at Michigan.

But this scenario is doubly hypothetical since it depends on vast improvement from Miles' efforts last year. If MIles stinks it up again there's no chance.

If we win our bowl game we would hve finished in the top 10 last year. Too bad we had to play in complete shot positions that fricked up a legit match up.

The field was muddy for Penn State too.

I would think 75 % (D). He would be gone.

Penn State didn't have the speed LSU did, which was LSUs main advantage. When the fastest man in college football (who weighs about 160 lbs) sinks 6" in the mud when he plants his foot than something is wrong.

Miles leaves and LSU goes on to have Texas A&M like success with hiring replacement coaches.

Some people have no effing clue about football. Michigan would not fire Rich Rod if he won 7 games. He's having to rebuild a program that lost to Appalachain State.

lol. So we recruit players who are only good at playing on dry fields? Negative.

It was the play calling... PSU called quick slants, and easy dump passes.. while JJ was trying to sling it to the side lines on bubble screens.

Evan Royster was running up the middle while we were trying to run sweeps.

PSU's offensive line was moderately successful at blocking and Stevan Ridley was getting creamated everytime he tried to touch A or B gaps. Very painfully creamated.

PSU did have the speed LSU had as well. As a matter of fact, LSU was pretty slow last year. The SEC only has more speed than other conferences in reference to the fact that they typically play smaller quicker defenses, especially d lineman...

uhh...no. But what was LSUs biggest advantage over PSU? Speed...which was negated by the field.

So was Ridley...as a matter of fact, he scored a TD running up the middle.

You couldn't be more wrong.

Do you honestly think LSU loses that game in a dome or decent field? I think we win by 10 points.

The problem is the poor field conditions played mainly to PSU's strengths and our weaknesses.

That is just the simple facts. I am not saying we win on a dry field, but the conditions just made it a complete toss up game at best for us. The game is not meant to be played on that shitty surface.

It wasn't that the field was just muddy. The field was coming up in chunks which is not suppose to happen.

how you figure?

1) LSU has a winning season. All Tiger fans win
2) Coach leaves of his own free will, no negative for firing a coach so recently after a NC. NegaTigers win
3) Michigan fans get rid of RR and get a Michigan Man. M fans think they win.
4) LSU has an opportunity to bring in a better coach. All Tiger fans win.

LSU loses a coach that has averaged over 10 wins a season for 6 years and hires another Curly Hallman. Tiger fans lose.
