So y'all propose we fire a guy that consistently finishes with 10 wins and has us in the NC discussion? For the record I hate the play calling majority of the time, but y'all do realize how ridiculous that would be right? I am all for getting a new OC or something else but les has got to stay.... For now....

Exactly a "real" hardcore offensive minded OC will never come here knowing he will have to fight with the offensive mastermind Miles the entire season about what plays and schemes to implement.
