They did look a little more organized on offense with Cam on sideline.

Not trying to restart the debate on who actually calls LSU offense, Cam or Les, I believe last night Cam had 100% control of the offense. Being on the sideline, Cam could basically call each play while having Les next to him which "forced" Les not to interrupt Cam's offensive strategy.

But the way the game went, where LSU was dominating on offense and defense most of the time, made it easier for Les to leave the play calling to Cam. If it were a closer game, we might have seen more "conservative" play calling (especially after Brandon Harris threw the int). Just my two cents...

The Arkansas team that Tech played was nothing like the Arkamsas team we played.

Arkansas had a lot of injuries and sucked at the beginning of the year.

yep... just ask that Arkansas team that kicked our butts if a team of 2 stars could be them.

All the hall of fame coaches and experts that are littered throughout the rant kept swearing that Texas Tech would torch Kevin Steele's defense and the Tigers offense would fail to keep up with their prolific offense.

I thought TT might torch our defense but was pretty confident we would run on them.

But, um. Just wondering. I recall that going into the three games we lost(especially the Bama one), the pumpers assured everyone there was nothing to worry about.

Did that provoke you to go under a rock? Did they all declare themselves to be stupid because they predicted wrongly?

Just wondering. I'll hang up and listen.

Bump...for this:

quote:

Harris will be a-okay for 2016. I promise.

News will come out in the coming weeks that a leader on this offense will have had a pre-bowl scheduled, immediate post game surgery to repair a nagging season injury. Not making excuses for this individual, but I'll let everyone else put the pieces of the said offensive digression puzzle together.

Good call.

I saw when you posted this a while back. You hit the nail on the head with Brandon's sports hernia surgery getting announced today. It sure explains a great deal. That's a very painful injury. 2016 should look a whole lot better.
