Kind of a pointless post.

Only when considering who I posted too. Its funny to see you're just as lost on the rant as you are on the poli board.

Nice crawfishing.

You originally made it sound like Lee does not care that his friends and teammates are in deep shite.

I didn't crawfish shite. Not my fault if people like you and roaad interpret posts to fit your own agendas.

Agendas?

What kind of agenda do I have? All I was doing was pointing out that I doubt JL is hooping and hollering and jumping up and down about being the starter right now. In this thread you went from saying that JL has a "golf mentality" to saying that he in fact probably does care, but will be focused on the Oregon game, which I agree with. Yeah, you crawfished.

You thought you were posting it to someone unaware as to their rights to simplify internet posts?

Interesting.

I have never seen you before this thread. . .are you a fan of mine, or something?

Mr. Sam, your post was a fair assessment of how Lee is likely to view the current circumstances. The way this other poster is attempting to limit your conjecture to fit his limited ability to comprehend is typical for the rant.

To argue on the interwebz.

Link to where I said this?

JL has a "golf mentality

Golf mentality just means you have to move on instead of dwell in the past

quote:

probably does care

Does not go against a "golf mentality"

quote:

Yeah, you crawfished.

Sorry, try again.

So it is fair to say that Lee is excited about his teammate being arrested, since it benefits him?

Ever heard of hyperbole?

Right. I'm sure JL is going to be sympathetic and feel bad for the situation. But come crunchtime he will focus.

Kinda does. It seemed like you meant that he already doesn't care about the situation or how he came to be starter. That he's already forgotten about it.

Damn, you're dumb. No where did Mr. Sam (Holden) say any such thing. He said Lee is likely to be excited about the opportunity to show his value to the NFL and that likely out weighs his feelings for JJ's loss.

You're attempting to alter his meaning which kind of makes you a dick IMO.

In other words he is more concerned with what benefits him and his career, than what happens to his friends and teammates.

Which is the same as saying "me first, frick all others". . .

How great of a storyline it would be after all the crap thats happened in the past, sticking it out and not transferring, that in his senior season, he starts and leads this team to a national championship!

I should have been more clear. This thread was not about J. Lee's current or past state of mind, but how he will whoop some arse on the 3rd and be as dedicated as he has ever been waiting for his time to shine.

Personal feelings and character come first, sports second, but this thread was about sports only at first.

Dude was 19 and got thrown into a game AT Auburn at the spur of the moment and led us to victory. The man also has FOUR 4th quarter comebacks in his short time under center.

General Lee laughs at nerves.

Saying one has more significance to him than the other is not saying both aren't significant to him, you dumb as bricks moron.

It certainly, in mo way indicates a frick all attitude on his part.

Is this some kind of game or are you really this dense?

But is it saying one concerns him less than the other. . .

Were I Lee, right now football would be the farthest thing from my mind. My friend would be my sole concern.
