Pretend that JJ got hurt before the start of the season. LSU starts JL plus mixing in some plays with RS.

i'm going with 9-3 regular season record.

MF type numbers, 21td/11int 2500yds.

i think with some more experience, JL could develop that "IT" factor. Peyton threw 28INTs in his first season in the NFL. now he is a top5 ALL-TIME QB.

JL can handle the weaker teams and he could probably pull off beating bama as well

I think he would do well. I think he would be capable of leading the team to 10 or more wins. I would expect him to be a lot more confident and hopefully not throw the dumb interceptions he did last year. I think he has talent.

Lee's experience is what makes me feel more confident going into next season. I think Jefferson has promise and more potential, but if he doesn't pan out I think Lee is capable of coming in and playing well.

The idiocy of these threads continues to amaze me.

Do realize there is only 1 QB on the staff right now with and SEC win and he has multiple SEC wins and 2 road comebacks.

Where do you idiots come up w/ these threads?

And BTW, I'm going w/ 12-0 for this years team regardless of who the QB may be!

JL needs to learn how to visualize the field. However his immobility is a huge liability. The speed of today's defenses make it really tough on the offense protecting the QB. I'd say we lose 4 or maybe 5 games due to lack of QB mobility.

so lack of mobility will cost us 4-5 games,.,.. hell I would swear that surrendering 30 plus a game on defense was a tad bigger concern.

IMO we win as many with JL as we would with JJ.

I expect JJ to start but if JL was the starter from game 1 there's still no one we can't beat. I think JL will have matured years in months - so all of 'em.
