UCKA has a good QB. The D will need to play very disciplined ball to contain him.

LSU 37-10 (4 TD and 3 FG) with 500 yards of offense (320 passing and 180 rushing), and we need to look and feel something is different on offense like when we played Georgia Southern in the first game in 2019.

However, the key we need to see in this game is the defense is fixed and we dominate on that side of the ball. DL and CB ball out and LB and safety play is surprisingly good. We hold them to 3-12 on third downs, 310 total yards (230 passing and 80 rushing), which would be a solid first game.

Hate to say it but I think there will be some frustration and points left on the field. It seems to be the case more often than not in openers.

As the man right up the road from UCLA , who coached over what use to be The Baddest arse team in the NFL once said, “Just Win Baby “ And yes I’m a diehard Saints fan too, but the Raiders back in the day .... Never lost on Monday Night Football !

Anyway a win is a win, 1 pt. Or 100, no injuries and that is fine with me, shut outs are sweet though
