There is no worse way to lose, thus there is no better way to win.

Jesus, Rick, our coaching staff is paid many millions of dollars to, you know, actually figure out ways to move the ball. That includes contingency plans in case important players get hurt or are ineffective. And that also includes real-time adjustments based on what's actually occurring on the field.

The "Harris was hurt so let's just hand off all game" excuse is just pathetic.

My god youre stupid. There is no contingency plan for your starting qb getting hurt.

I know people like you dont like hearing this but bama was jist way more talented than we were last year and facts prove it. Their 2016 draft class was almost as big as our 2015& 2016 draft class combined.

a those first year starting QBs really struggle.

6 of the last 7 national champs have had first year starting QBs.

3 of the last 5 QB Heisman winners have been first year starters.

I knew i shouldve put young in the initial post just for you.
If you dont know enough football to realize that young and inexperienced qbs playing well are the outliers then you dont know basic football. Why arent all these rookie nfl qbs just destroying the nfl? Why arent all these young and inexperienced college qbs just lighting the sec up?

You and peej are two peas in a pod. You knwo so little about football that you dont believe young and inexperienced qbs playing well are the outliers and he doesn't know thata single season passing record is an individual record.

Why arent all these true freshman and true sophomores making all sec teams?

You actually have made some intelligent football posts on this site so i hope youre just trolling. There is no way you actually believe that those players you mentioned werent the outliers.

Their opinion is that the Miles coached teams are bad against decent, good, and elite teams.
Facts say since his hire no program has beaten more ranked teams than lsu.

If LSU could somehow kneel the ball every play and come out 15-0 as national champions, I'd take that. As long as we win the ball game I don't care. Now if you're talking enjoyment, there's nothing like breaking the opposing teams will and winning by pounding the rock with brutal, unrelenting force.

Outliers are your way of crawfishing. I love it when you use this term. You are just sad. Your knowledge of football comes from looking at shite that everyone can look at. AGAIN there is more yo football than stats. Any 10 year old knows this.

For those 3-4 games, we need a more varied, unpredictable offense because the ramrod approach won't work. Real simple concept.

This is where the real problem is, with Miles specifically. With the coaches and players we have you have got to keep these teams off balance. It's pretty simple. That just does not happen and it's frustrating. No matter how good Bama is from year to year they will always have a stout Dline. We cannot afford to trot out there with the same game plan against them every year. We will not out talent them....EVER!

AGREED!!!!! Football is s game of skill and smarts. And a good gamelan against the different teams you play is a must to win consistently .

Ole Miss is debateable.

Peej,I think you're implying by saying when we throw that we should throw more on first down. I just think using the Bama game last year isn't a good argument. Pretty sure we threw on first down a bit, including coming out to start the 2nd half down by just 3 with the ball to start.

The game was over when Harris threw that pick...

Yes it was. But Bama was still pushing us all over the field in the 1st half. Once they scored after the interception you could see the wind coming out of the sails.... And Saban knew it.

Miles has to quit the "playing not to lose" mentality. And put the petal down for 4 quarters

You clearly dont know what an outlier is.

Any time youd like to discuss scheme im ready. But no you cant discuss scheme and technique because you dont even know what an individual record is in cfb. Youre football ignorant arse cant even tell me the difference between a 3 and a 1 technique.
Even people on here that hate me admits i know my shite. You on the other are called a retard bu more posters than all other posters combined.

AGAIN there is more yo football than stats

Never said there wasnt.

Any 10 year old knows this.

Here are a list of some of your more ignorant posts that have been proven to be dumb as frick and proves you dont know shite about sports.
1. Youth and inexperience at the qb position is a lame excuse.
anyone with minimal footbal knowledge knows youth and inexperience ISNT a lame excuse
2. Mauck's songle season passing record isnt an individual record.
individual record
3.JJ's single season and career qb rushing records are team accomplishments.
individual record
4. Having a better passing attack and less carries hurts your rbs ypc.
It actually helps your rbs ypc to have less carries
5. Most cfb offenses dont look to the sideline for the next play.
They all do bevause cfb dont have helmet radios

You dont understand basic things about schemes and nuances of cfb. Youre just a drunk momma's boy that thinks because you will be dead in 15 years ( old) you have some sort of insight.

You think this is something insightful?
Anyone that has ever watched football knows you change gameplans from team to team. Are you insinuating that LSU doesnt alter its gameplan from week to week?
