I think a total of one player on their defense would start for us and two on their offense.

In other words...

Bring em' on!

The real question is can LSU top Clempson and run the ball against Bama's D? And can LSU's D line man up with the Behemoth's on Bama's O line? Should be a classic, can't wait!

That big heavy lunch they have lined up at Nose was very impressive. He's really athletic for his size.

Who would start on Defense? Terrance Cody had a good game........but I aint ready to annoint him yet! Clemson Oline had 4 new starters.......I think they impressed but their productivity was somewhat skewed by the noobs blocking!

Players who would have a legit chance at starting on your D.

Kareem Jackson - CB
Rolando McClain - ILB
Rashad Johnson - FS

That's about it. And I think if Rolando McClain was on your team he'd play MLB and Beckwith would get moved to the outside. Didn't he play OLB when Highsmith was at LSU?

Terrance Cody is freaking scary. Apparently he came to camp at 400 pounds but was still athletic enough to dunk a basketball. He is now all the way down to 365. The linebacker you are speaking of is Rolando McClain, and he is a stud. I would venture to say that Kareem Jackson would start at cornerback for LSU as well. He's certainly no Jai Eugene.

Yeah he played OLB at one point, but not because of Highsmith. I think that's back when Luke Sanders was in the middle.

Think he'll be able to catch a ball this year? He had two go right between his hands Saturday night.

Yeah I was really shocked at the first one too. That seemed like a standard Rashad pick where he jumps up and gets full extension. He also took a poor anglel on the one big play Clemson had. He's still probably my favorite player on our team. If he was bigger he'd get more hype.

So we have concluded that Bama has 4 of 22 starters that would start for the Tigers?

Can you say two touchdown fave in Tiger Stadium?

Who's skered?

That's why I said:

You really can't say anything like this with certainty at the beginning of the season. Especially when we played a decent team and you guys played a cupcake in week 1. That's not a shot at LSU either. Rashad was a 1st Team All-SEC player last season, just food for thought.

No Andre Smith and Antoine Caldwell would most likely start too. So that's 6/22. Thank god the best team doesn't always win on Saturday. And our special teams is undoubtedly better as of right now.
