Lol How am I a hater? Because I am not assuming that one amazing year with an all-world generational type QB who is now gone will translate into LSU becoming the new Bama and winning rings every other year? That is just realism.

Did you consider this close losses that could have easily been wins in the same manner?
ETA This is a dumb thread btw

You are insane.

O is a one hit wonder O is nothing with Burrow and Brady E was propped up by Brady and now we are back to the old Les Miles offense
Trust me, the NEVER Os are not done. They will come back quickly and viciously the first chance they get. In the mean time, it will be thinly vailed jabs. Still can’t believe Chicken didn’t manage that pathetic bunch more aggressively.

Geez dude, you couldn't even wait until all 3 sports seasons were over to make a shite thread like this?

OP is getting downvoted but legit question
He will be allowed 3 losses in 2020
If he loses more than 1 Brennan’s senior year this board will melt

He is off to the next recruiting cycle. Been tht way over two weeks ago. You didn't know that? The question is how long will Kirby smart live off his semi final bout with bama? Is this his last season? 2nd question: I saw the many delusional bama fans that wanted saban gone after his first loss of season and then again after his second loss to Auburn. Why they wanted saban to leave for what? It was not his year is my answer, when saban plays a pro LSU roster staff and players it is hard to beat a team like that. So when will saban come home to his daddy (Coach Orgeron) and be an analyst under Orgeron is second question I have. Bama fans wanted him gone in first place for some odd reason.

CLM won in 2007 (although some say he did it with "Saban's players")
He'd have to have 2 sub 10 win regular seasons following this season for that to happen.
All the starters leaving gives him a fairly good reason to lose a few extra games (I don't expect that). Texas, Florida, Alabama, Auburn, and aTm all have the potential to be tough outs. Throw in the uncertainty of a Kiffin led Ole Miss and a Leach led Moo State and LSU will need to bring their A game for at least 7 of their 12 games. Pretty much like this past season, the Texas game will tell us a lot.

We all know deep down inside that Burrow was a generational talent, and that Brady was the magic sauce on offense. But,. people are still going to bash you because some of them like clicking their heels and making all the "bad words" go away. (Those are the true snowflakes on this board.)
O brought those 2 guys in, but he also had the Canada hire/fire before that. No one gets every player they want or knocks every hire out of the ballpark.
That said, O has shown he can adapt. And he can certainly recruit.
I'll be really happy with an SEC title every 3-4 years. Win the conference on the reg and good things will line up in the postseason.

A forum poster's dream season is 15-0, natty, and the coach gets fired.
We could lose the SECCG or national championship game next year and have a vocal minority howling for his head.

As someone who hated the O hire:
At least ten years, and by that I mean ten years of doing nothing, which won't happen.
With this offensive philosophy, we will be competitive for years to come, but more importantly, be entertaining to watch.
O keeps a good product on the field, he is fine.
Like I've said before, if we lose 3 games a season for the next few years, it will be "fun" losses. We won't be out of any game. As a fan, that's all you can ask for.
