How is the New Alex Box Parking Lot for tailgating?

Is there good grass areas? I assume it is paved?

There are grass areas along the outside of the big lot on the third base side. Very little grass in hr village which is probably the closest lot. I DID see people tailgating under the big tree outside the centerfield fence. That looks like a cool spot.

several areas that arent pavement, and several trees to get under.

should be superb for football.
