They both recruit well. O is a defensive line coach (not defensive coordinator). Miles is an offensive line coach (not an offensive coordinator).

Both are dependent upon great coordinators. I think O can do as well as Miles...not better.

It's the exact same hire.

Well I guess if you haven't seen a difference in our offense since Miles left then you just wouldn't understand

Coach O doesn't seem like an oblivious retard for starters

And despite having a heavy accent, he can at least speak coherently

If you can't look objectively between the season of O and the season of Miles and see the difference than you can't have it explained to you.

I saw a different team when O took over. O wants a spread offense.

If you didn't notice the change after Miles idk what you've been watching.

Miles was not as good at letting his coaches coach. Ask the multiple offensive coordinators he had that ran the exact same looking offenses under him

He will actually hire an innovative OC and will not meddle. Just look at how much better the offense was under Ensminger.

O can see the offensive scheme was an issue. O will actually address and change our out dated offensive scheme.

He's already looking into replacing assistants and is serious about it. We won't have to wait 3 years or a new OC or DC. He's a good coach, dynamic offense and defense. Gets them up for EVERY GAME and isn't predictable like les.

If only Miles had been dependent on his OC.

Orgeron is and apparently he realizes that.

Upgrade.

O won't try to run up the middle for an entire alabama game without success....O doesn't worship a guy named Bo who developed his offensive theories during the stone age

It also took him 30 minutes after getting the interim job to fire Cameron.

Seriously! I recall back-to-back-to-back offensive record performances in his first 3 games.

I've seen LSU play three good teams under him. Alabama, Florida, and A&M. He's 1-2. I judge him most on these games.

I'm not giving him too much credit for Ole Miss and Arkansas. Both are terrible.
