An inexperienced QB with shite for RBs and WRs.

So the conclusion is drawn for him? It's impossible that he could be a good QB?

Wasn't the kid a 4* coming out of high school?

He was a 4* then went into a situation with a bad team and bad coaching. He has the physical potential to be a good qb. The question is mentally is he ready or is he still like he was at Purdue. That is something no one will know until the spring at the earliest.

he could be the guy if Harris gets injured.

Really, I thought we had the gay the love child of Dan Marino and Joe Montana as out backup qb, but Les was too stubborn to play him?

This does not negate the possibility that he still might be better than what we have.

Purdue most likely has better QBs than LSU

He wasn't terrible at Purdue. He made mistakes like every other young QB.

He was terrible at Purdue. Played in 13 games in 2 years and was pretty awful. The guy that beat him out last year also transferred this year because he was awful.

During the spring many reporters said he looked like the most natural QB on the roster.

LOL, the fact that y'all still believe LSU reporters on anything that you can't see with your own eyes, is hilarious. We fall into this same trap every year.

I don't want to hear about this anymore, I want to see it.

I clearly didn't say that.

I know he got beat out at Purdue but hell, Tyler Palko beat out Flacco and Brady split time with Drew Henson. Weird shite happens.

Ordinary shite happens too. Like a guy being bad at one school then going to another and still being bad.

He didn't play well at Purdue, got pulled and decided to transfer rather than keep fighting for the job.

If you let Etling play in an SEC game Miles could get charged with manslaughter.

I know this is an entirely different sport, but the same stuff was said about Victor when he transferred from Arizona and look how he turned out. Just let the kid go through the process and see how he develops in our system.

Hmm ... Kind of sounds like Purdue has a problem vs the QBs just being bad.
