This is kind of the issue. Walker has this "freak" forearm issue prior to the start of the CWS. But by all indications, LSU's pitching strategy was that Walker would be 100%. Just seems slightly....careless.

I don't see how or why ppl cannot see this.

The "fatigue" was known ahead of time and LSU rolled the dice in a way and crapped out.

I don't get what people are bitching about. We probably lose game 1 if Poche didn't come in. Walker gave us a couple of innings that didn't affect the outcome. We scored 1 run.

Walker had a lot of soreness after a 75 pitch scrimmage Tuesday

This is the issue I had with Paul. Why would you pitch him 6 innings in a simulated game instead of a regular bullpen session?

The rest he would have had from not pitching in the supers should of had them perfectly set up for when they needed him.

Anytime a coach mentions the pitcher he is fine, he usually is fine.. or a tad sore. Anytime a pitcher is sore, he is usually having a little arm pain. Any time the pitcher is in Pain, he's done. Just how coach talk goes. You think he's gonna tell the media that his arm is fatigued going into the game? The other team will have a game plan against him then.

:jagsfan:

Forearm muscle pain is different from elbow tendon or (yikes) ligament pain. The former can often disappear after a week's rest.

Lmao the logic you're using doesn't exist. And btw Walker getting hurt didn't give me the green light to bitch the fact that I called this on Thursday after finding out Walker was hurt just proves what I said then. It's a stupid move to start him when you have an ace you could start instead.

Did you listen to CPMs interview Thursday on tiger rag radio cause that's what he said. Just because you didn't hear about it doesn't mean it didn't happen it just means you're not well informed and ignorant. If Ott and company are your only source of info then god help you and it explains a lot. Moran went and repeated the interview Friday on radio. Youre a piece of shite too.

Their entire interpretation of the Walker situation. And mostly everything I've seen them blame fans for losses and missed recruits.

The people that claim shite like this are usually the ones saying the dumbest shite. Props for keeping that trend going.

He shouldn't have been allowed to pitch the decision should've been made before the first game.
