Definitely has an Idiocracy thunder dome “watch a paraplegic terrorist get shot to death, sponsored by monster energy” performative feel to it

But that’s everything with this administration

The idea of a military execution being made accessible to the people doesn’t feel completely American to me, but it also doesn’t offend me. Like I said, I just won’t watch.

Just hoping it doesn’t start a trend. This should be reserved for military only for surefire heinous terrorists/criminals.

Great…adopting an Islamic tradition…puts us on par with the Muslims.

Western civilization has had public executions up until the mid 20th century. Literally for multiple thousand years.

We need more executions and they should all be public. I can promise you with certainty, the crime rate would drop.

We need to do them all in public. The murderers, the ones who are killing all the great young black scholars.

The same people who cheered and said Charlie Kirk deserved it are pissed that a terrorist is being publicly executed

I’d kill him with my bare hands for free while the gargantuan headed Somalians wept.

Yep. It is well documented that inner city youths that grow up seeing murder and violence due to gang activity never join gangs.

They are scared straight.

It’s also a message.

Most of the point of capital punishment is to send a message. Making the executions secretive defeats their main purpose. Which is what liberals have always wanted. Another way to show that death penalty doesn’t work. It’s rarely used, never used swiftly, and never seen. So of course it won’t be a deterrent.
