Honestly, I think Hurst is having lingering ankle issues. I also think it was the first game cobwebs.

I think Hurst needs to start against Washington and see how he grades. IF his focus is still lacking, then begin notably splitting reps.

BTW, I just watched the sack again and Josh W. should have gotten a hand on that blitzer.......you've heard to term keeping your head on a swivel. That was why you need to. HOWEVER, Mett would have alerted his oline had he noticed the WR's signal for CB blitz.

I'm tracking, and agree with your perspective. My initial inquiry was regarding the changes to be made IF Hurst was to be replaced for whatever reason.

To your point about splitting reps. Who should Hurst split the reps with?

I think we will see improvement in all facets of OL play as the season progresses. Also the blitz pick up and protection coverages from QB and RB.
