Someone posted the stats Of each qb against bama earlier. I don't remember the exact numbers, but Lee only completed like 40 percent of his passes and has 7 interceptions against bama. Jefferson completed around 60 percen and had more yards and 0 interceptions. Alabama has struggled with the option all year and Jefferson has proven he is a solid option qb. No hate against Lee I believe if through a half jefferson plays horrible give him a shot, but Jefferson has proven he can give us a importand different dimmension. Lee has a tough time with pressure consistantly on him and him getting hit by complicated blitzes. I do not like or understand the Jefferson hate. It can't be just for the play because both quarterbacks have made huge plays and had good games and both qbs have had horrible games and horrible seasons. Jefferson has gotten in trouble one time in his carear at LSU and people destroy him. It was a mistake, but do not judge the kid for one thing that we do not know facts on. Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson are average quarter backs who find a way to win. They are both part of a 13 and 0 season and should both get respected.

Yeah really. I do not understand the Jefferson hate. He's a senior and had one incident his entire carear. Brad Wing has had incidents, T Bob Hebert, and even high school recruits we're recruiting have screwed up. Give the guy a break!

I have little experience with the legal system, but weren't his charges downgraded to a misdemeanor, but not dropped?

He he hit 10 of 13 passess for 140 yds, a TD, and had a QB rating of 195.

And he doesn't have 7 carear interceptions against bama. I don't care who plays as long as it's whoever gives us the best chance to win. I just hate how everyone puts down on Jefferson when both quarter backs are average.

You made your point really well.
This is one of the few JJ/JL posts I've read that didn't leave me with a bad taste in my mouth.

You're right, but the same could be said about every other player at the bar that night and every player in general.
Both quarterbacks are part of this championship team just please support them both. We have 1 more game left and they are gone and this situation is over. Just win.

I don't understand the need to put down/pile on either QB.
Both guys have played well at times and helped QB LSU to a NCG.
I thank both for their efforts in this GREATTTTTT season of LSU football and making one very happy LSU fan.

Yep. Glad this is his last game. LSU can do better and should do better. A QB for LSU should be an ambassador in his free time. He should conduct himself accordingly. He is and will be in the national spotlight as long as he is at LSU.
Hopefully, LSU will finally have a good QB...both on and off the field in the coming few years.

My heart is in my throat every time that he drops back. Love it when he just hands the ball off. In that case, it's either no gain or gain...not a sack or interception.
