There was a plan to host. Ultimately they determined "it would never be done in time"

Every gigging Chattanooga as site for Spanish Team. They set up at Baylor School ( private HS) Google, it’s amazing layout.
Pretty sure Spain one of favs so I imagine they assigned a good place
